Or, you can create a pot completely by yourself out of air-dry clay. Create small mugs or pots perfect for single cacti and succulents, by rolling out 8-inch clay “snakes.” Attach the snakes by scoring the clay pieces onto one another and wetting. Use a craft stick to smooth out the seams and let dry for at least 48 hours. However, if you want a glaze like the one photographed below, you will need to fire your piece in a kiln!
