Winter gardening is tough! Beat the blues with a few fun winter gardening projects for gardeners of all skill levels! Since you are here, check out a few of my other winter gardening ideas here.

1. Grow Fresh Ginger Indoors Ginger is a low-maintenance spice and doesn’t need much sun, making it perfect for growing indoors. It’s best to use ginger seeds from a gardening catalouge, but a ginger root from the grocery store will work just as well. This is the perfect project for a gardener who is itching to grow things during the winter!
