Whether you’re in the market to sell your house or you just want to make it look better, curb appeal is always a great place to start. Sometimes big projects are needed to increase curb appeal, but often small changes can make a big difference. Here are 10 simple curb appeal projects for you to try out!

Front Door

You don’t need to paint your whole house to make it look better. Just start with the door! Paint your front door a fun and vibrant color that will grab attention while pulling the exterior of your home and yard together.

Flowers

Adding flowers is a simple and great way to both add color and diversity to your front yard. If you don’t already have flowerbeds, then put some in. Then, choose the perfect flowers for your landscape!

Power Wash

Believe it or not, houses need to be washed, just like the rest of us. You can usually rent a power washer for pretty cheap if you don’t already have one. Spray down the whole outside of your house as well as any walkways or driveways that need it.

By putting a pair of shutters around each set of windows, you can turn your house into something completely different! Choose a color that complements but stands out from the color of your home.

Don’t settle for those ugly concrete bases that sit exposed to the world. Instead, spend a little bit of time and money on applying stone veneers to the exterior of your home. It gives your house a classy and polished look.
