Use this thorough and wonderful guide when growing any kind of palm tree. Growing one of these trees really isn’t as hard as you might think it is. They are really easy to care for and will really brighten up any home or yard.

Grow Zone: This palm does best when grown in zones 9-11.

Water and Sun Needs: Full grown trees need 25 gallons of water in the summer months. It’s tropical origins make this the perfect tree to grow in full sun.

Average Size: These are fast growing. Expect trees to reach 8-12 feet tall and 20 feet tall.

Plant Type: Tree

Special Features: Fast growing and extremely drought tolerant. Palm trees are the perfect place for shade, but that’s just how I feel!
