Grow Zone: This palm does best when grown in zones 9-11.
Water and Sun Needs: Full grown trees need 25 gallons of water in the summer months. It’s tropical origins make this the perfect tree to grow in full sun.
Average Size: These are fast growing. Expect trees to reach 8-12 feet tall and 20 feet tall.

How to Get Started: Growing palm trees requires ample light, and tons of space for the massive tree to spread out and grow. Palm trees do well in slightly acidic soil. Make sure they are watered deeply, and once weekly. Make sure palm trees are braced for wind and rough weather with the appropriate materials.
When to Harvest: There is no harvest, but palm trees should be pruned frequently to remove dead leaves.
What to Plant It With: Start growing palm trees with other tropical flowers like hibiscus!
