Water and Sun Needs: Grow in areas of partial to full sun. Watering irregularly only when the first few inches of soil appear dry.

Special Features: Alliums make for beautiful cut flowers and they’re rodent and drought resistant.
How to Get Started: Alliums aren’t picky perennials, but they will need well-draining soil. They love areas of full sunlight, and tolerate dry soil rather well. Water irregularly, allowing rainfall to do so naturally, or water when the first few inches of soil are dry.
When to Harvest: Don’t expect a harvest, but expect your alliums to bloom in early to mid June.
