The days are getting shorter, the nights are getting longer and a whole heck of a lot colder! We are expecting our first snowfall in the Utah mountains later on this week, and I’ve got to start protecting my late harvest from the cold! After I reap in the fruits of my late fall labor, I plan on moving the growth indoors! Believe it or not, you CAN grow all twelve of these plants indoors this winter!
Grow Bush Beans indoors this winter for a maximum harvest! Bush Beans are my favorite to grow indoors because they don’t need a bean pole to support adequate growth. As with most of the veggies on this list, make sure they get plenty of light!
My kids hate tomatoes, but I can’t get enough of them! They will need a TON of sun, and it’s best to start the seeds first, before transplanting them to a large growing pot. Transplant the seedling when they each have five true leaves!
